RE: Advance Understnding of Machine reports?
I did go back to sleep and got another hour of sleep.
And I am 100% complaint with my machine and mask.
I also just spotted a possible BUG :
BUG REPORT:
I think I found a bug: the time read out is seemly showing only the time from when you start the machine the first time to the last time you used it and turned it off.
IE: Sleepyhead shows too much time, it is not the real time in a mult-session sleep night.
I always thought this showed the actual total time in sleep sessions, if I am wrong then it is OK.
It shows Sleep: 21:09:00 and Wake 05:11:03 Hours 08:02:03 (Total)
BUT the sessions was 1he 33m then 3h 8m and the 1h 34m for a real time sleeping of 6h:73m.
The day before it read 7:57:25 when I really only slept 6h:64m.
On the date show above it showed 8:31 total and in sessions the real total was only 6:87 and yes I think I was somewhat condemning myself for being tired: thinking I had sleep at lease 8 hours with I just saw it was only 6 hours.
The brand of machine will make a difference...they are not the same.
This is a very good beginning:

BUT A) it is not complete and B) does not cover ASV machines at all.
It was suggested I look for these books:
Handbook for Sleep Medicine Technologists
Fundamentals of Sleep Technology
How to Perform a Sleep Study,
Handbook of Sleep Medicine
Clinical Sleep Disorders Book
Clinician's Guide to Sleep Disorders
Atlas of Sleep Medicine
Breathing Disorders in Sleep
Certified Respiratory Therapist Exam review guild
100 Questions & Answers About sleep and sleep disorders
I swear it is easier to learn military secretes than learn how these machines work.
I did make some progress check this out:
