First of all I don't use Ramp.
As to EPR I have tried it Off, Levels 1, 2, & 3. I find that at anyother setting than 3, I have different levels of breathing problems. I couldn't use my machine without the EPR.

I left mine off for close to two weeks. I had no issues other than the first few nights of getting used to it. I turned it back on to 1 I think.
