. Also, are you using the Flex setting? (Exhale pressure relief). You didn't mention this, but it can be helpful.

Will wait for your screenshot. Smile

I do use the Flex Setting. I have it on 2 and the humidity setting on 2 as well.. Thanks for all the help from everyone

Do you think you are waking up due to dry mouth and not because of the slight pressure increase that was recommended? Were you able to tolerate the start pressure of 7cm? You will need to watch this for a few days. I noticed your RERAs came down, but hypopneas still up. I still think you will need a little higher pressure, but it would be best to take it slow if higher pressures bother you.

As far as dry mouth goes. Don't be afraid to play with the humidity.
You leak rate looks ok, but you still could be mouth breathing enough to cause dry mouth, but not enough to register as a high leak rate.

My lips were even dry, very dry. I kept my mask on after I woke up hoping on falling asleep again, but could not. The time here is 935 pm and I feel pretty good, not sleepy at all.

bed time is around 1030

I have my Aflex on 2
