AirCurve 10 ASV vs AirCurve 10 VAuto

I'm just wondering what the main differences between the two machines are. They look really similar. I'm still really new with all this and don't understand a lot. From what I can tell the ASV treats CA while the VAuto does not. I have some CA show up on my OSCAR data but I don't know if it's treatment induced or what. I've only been using my pap for 3 weeks and I really don't know that I want to put out $3000 more than I did for the VAuto on another unit. Since the machines appear so similar is there a way to "tweak" the VAuto to make it do what the ASV does?

The Resmed Sleep Lab Titration guide is a great over view of all the Resmed machines, and you can learn more about your Vauto and the ASV https://document.resmed.com/en-us/docume...er_eng.pdf We generally don't move to the ASV unless efficacy is not achieved with the less expensive machine. A few CA events is not a reason to use ASV. Read the Guide and ask your questions is a bit narrower context.
