incorrect Logging Use For Insurance

incorrect Logging Use For Insurance
Just started therapy and ran into an issue last night. I had to swap my masks (full face for nasal pillows due to discomfort) after 100 minutes - machine turned itself off since it interpreted that as I was done, and stopped logging my time and says I only used it under 2 hours when in total i used it over 8. Is there a way to correct this in the machine data? I don;t want my insurance to not count last night as a valid night since during this period they require 4.5+ hrs a night.

Is the reporting issue on the MyAir app or in Oscar or both? I've seen a couple times on my device where there's a difference between the two. As long as the MyAir shows the right time, you're OK.

Company confirmed that if mask comes off and its set to autosense and shut off, Then, mask is put back on (say a bathroom break) that MyAir will upload data as two separate uploads and there can be some hours between the two to sync up and show as one total for the night.
