Aircurve Question

Thanks, good to know!

RE: Aircurve Question
If the card was not in the machine when the leak happened, you won't get the chart. No harm in having the SD card ready to go if you need it.

The card stays in the machine and it's the same card from the one I traded in, so all the data should be there...

RE: Aircurve Question
I took a look at my data in OSCAR, and only last nights data was there... (I was told that my SD card would retain data from the other machine)

RE: Aircurve Question
No, an SD card can only be registered to one machine. It uses a file to store the CPAP's serial number.

RE: Aircurve Question
What CR did not say, is if a different serial number is on the SD card, it gets formatted out of existence. This is intentional. DMEs used to just cycle cards between user's machines, so formatting foreign serial number data was a way to prevent revealing other user's data or mostly mixing everything up for the provider.

I sent my DME Tech an email and asked if she kept my old card and she told me she would mail it to me. I could have sworn she told me that she put my old card in my new machine, but apparently not. When I get it I will see if the data shows up in OSCAR and take a look see...
