[split] Piratemed - Problem with Remstar M series
I have a Respronics REMstar Auto M series 500M with a problem . . . press the "start" button and the unit will give one good "puff" and stop . . . is there a re-set button or what ?  . .  . yes this is an older machine but has been faithful until this issue . . . I have a second unit that is still working but would like to have this problem machine working as a "just in case" or "travel" machine . . .

thanks!

You should probably start your own thread, however, my best advise for the M-series Auto is to toss it in the trash, it's done.  You can find low-hour newer machines on Craigslist to use as primary or standby machines.  There is no reasonable priced repair for your old machine.  I used to own one, and retired it after 18000 hours in 2015.  If you have insurnace, you qualify for a replacement. If you don't have insurance, there are good deals out there.

RE: [split] Piratemed - Problem with Remstar M series
G'day Piratemed. Welcome to Apnea Board.

As you can see I've split your question and the responses out into its own thread. That way you will get an individual response and not disrupt another member's thread.

Good luck with your machine!
