Airsense 11 not recognizing ClimateAir 11 heated hose

Airsense 11 not recognizing ClimateAir 11 heated hose
I’ve only had my CPAP for about 3 weeks, but I’ve never been able to change the temperature on my hose. I finally realized that the AirSense 11 isn’t recognizing my ClimateLineAir 11 hose. I don’t have the Climate Control option in My Options. When I plug in the hose, the manual says it’s supposed to flash that it’s connected on the screen, but it doesn’t and under hose type, only slimline and standard are available.

I’ve googled everything I can think of. Has anyone else had this problem?  Anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks!

I think you have to be in the Clinicians menu to access this.

The Clinicians manual states that the Climate Control option is only available when the HumidAir 11 tub is used and ClimateLineAir 11 heated air tubing is connected.

If you need a Clinicians manual, order it here:

Are the contacts clean? Does in go in easily?

Can you go to the DME and do A/B testing against their machine and hose? Either one could be defective.

Yes I did clean contacts but noticed with one of new hoses climatecontrol settings came on the menu only to seemingly "default" back to slimline.
Calling dme in morning

DME accepted return of AS11.
I now have an AS 10 c2c
It does not connect to internet.
It has a card and I use the Oscar Program.
I am very happy with this new AS10.
Water container larger and does not run out of water.
