RE: Alcohol and AHI
I usually have two or three 1 1/2 oz scotches in the evening and once or twice a week or so, four in an evening. All about an hour apart. My yearly AHI average is 1.8.

Around 2 to 4 beers and a wine or two most nights, AHI average .25.

RE: Alcohol and AHI
When I was on painkillers after a surgery last summer my AHI went up to 30+...
As soon as I stopped, I went back to 1.

RE: Alcohol and AHI
I partied NYE and honestly got pretty drunk. My AHI was 0.1 that night. Not a drop last night and my AHI was 1.5.
