All new to me

Which now makes me concerned (with all respect) about my confidence in my treating techs. I took my dreamstation back with regards to the
smart start. There response "we've never seen this before". Then tried 2 more dreamstations and couldn't get them to autostart either. They could not really give me an answer. Surely they should know what I have learnt in 5 minutes (through this board).  

I totally agree!  If the fine people at this forum could make a sleep doctor's office and DME, they'd put out of business all the others!  This is THE best place for info!!!!
