What happens if your machine breaks?
#31
RE: What happens if your machine breaks?
Just happened to have the top switch on my Air Curve 10 break about a month ago. Sometime the machine would not turn on and it was just past a 1 year warranty, Called insurance and they said that since it was a medical necessity to just by one and submit the bill.

Instead I called my DME, they verified with my insurance, drove over to their office that afternoon and walked out with my brand new machine. I do have to start all over with compliance, just past my 30 day check.

private insurance with that blue knights of the round table defensive metal thing company. out of pocket was already taken care of for the year, so not a cent.
