sending sleep study to another doctor's office

sending sleep study to another doctor's office
I'm seeing an ENT doctor out of town. When I talked to his nurse to make the appointment she said I should arrange to have my sleep study and the report sent to their office prior to my visit. She said they would need their fax number to send them and proceeded to give it to me. I asked, 'Is that just for the report? How do they send the sleep study - on a CD?' She said they would send both via fax. Is that correct? It seemed unlikey to me, so thought I'd check with the experts (meaning you guys).

I don't think they send the raw data. Just the report. Mine is 5 pages.

I'm with you.

RE: sending sleep study to another doctor's office
I requested that the sleep center send both the report and the raw data to the doc (as well as getting a complete copy of both for myself). It was a total of 5 or 6 pages. The raw data has a graph showing what's going on all night. Mine had additional pages for the titration and even more with the monitor because I had a heart blip.
