She has ordered another Titration Study, to be scheduled pending Kaiser approval, and I have a meeting scheduled in May with the sleep doc himself (the invisible man behind the curtain). She tried to tell me she was my provider not the doc, but I pointed out the the doc signed the Full Night Somnogram report containing my diagnosis and signed the Titration Study report containing the recommend treatment program, and I believe I am correct in calling him my "sleep doc"!
Some people refer to their job as a "hustle", and I think that applies to most individuals playing the role of Sleep Doctor and using PAs and technicians to do all the work. It's a good gig if you can get it, and it's what we used to call a hustle in the 80s. Just don't harsh my vibe man!

Last night I felt I finally had large leaks under control, and while it was better, it was still a bit over the red line. Not getting satisfactory relief in AHI from current course of treatment, although I felt I slept well, about 7 hours without waking up. Still almost exclusively CA events.

It had better - that is the whole point. I will confirm that at my appointment on Friday. If it doesn't there is no point in doing another titration study.
Well, a new wrinkle... over the weekend i was visiting my son in Tacoma, WA. Here it is Wednesday, and it seems my Airsense 10 has not "phoned home" since I got back. I called Apria, still waiting for a call back about what to do. Anybody know how to force it to call home or sync up?
Normally it is just to turn it on.
You can shut it down and unplug it for several minutes, then plug it back in.
Then sleep on it overnight, it should resume sometime (occasionally a few hours, normally minutes) after you cease using it in the morning.

Yes, I did that yesterday, and this morning it did sync. Color me relieved!

The last two hours, the leak rate was sitting barely above zero (which I assume is l/min above the 24 l/min redline). I really don't know what I was doing differently during this time. I wish I knew so I could do it all the time!
