RE: Anomaly?
Well there are also pillows that can help prevent your chin from dropping also pillows made with wheat husks can help hold your head in place. Whatever makes you comfortable. Also you don't have to do anything. It's all just ideas you can consider.
RE: Anomaly?
I was not a successful user of the full face mask but I thought this is recommended for mouth breathers?

RE: Anomaly?
I delighted with the leak prevention of my Bell-Horn cervical collar. I saw them online but found them locally at a small town private pharmacy for only a couple of dollars more and I could read and check out the sizing instructions as I had another big box one that was too large. Chin straps had failed. I also practiced the "tongue stick" method of pressing my tongue to the top of my mouth and after some time my mouth stays closed most of the times. My leaks are minimal now. Good luck!
