Another thread for low-AHI bragging

RE: Another thread for low-AHI bragging
Bah Humbug!  I have gone in reverse!  Though I had a 0.0 the other night I got a 3 this morning and a 6 at the start of the week.
All due to a crap chin strap and air escaping out my lips and the worst I had was an 8 when the chin strap slipped and took the Nasal Pillows with it.
Very annoying!
Everyone has a bad night just to keep us on our toes.   Rolleyes

Sleep-well everyone!
I am NOT a doctor.  I try to help, but do not take what I say as medical advice.

Every journey, however large or small starts with the first step.

Sleep-well

Yow!!  Am I having FUN yet??  (As Zippy used to say.)

This stuff really works!

To me (having had various other medical problems over the years), two other great points about it are that it involves no drugs and it's non-invasive.

Impressive!!! Yay!!!

My first, second week into it... All I wanted to do was sleep.  I think it's reported that some of us, 'we/us cpap users' will sometimes have a 'sleep debt' and/or a 'sleep rebound' which usually subsides in a few more weeks of consistent cpap use.  I too have taken a dive into the 9-12 hour brinks of luxurious. moon-washing restful, depths of sleep.

YES, it really works.  CPAP IS LIFE!!!   Too-funny
