Hello,
As discussed, I tried again with a minimum pressure of 10 / EPR3, but I woke up 2 times with a racing heart and my APAP was showing an AHI of 14. (all CA's, except for one OA)
Should I ignore these numbers and keep the same settings for a while in the hope that the CA's will go down eventually?
