As an aside, I find the SleepRight nasal aids work better for me than the external adhesive strips.

BTW I had to go through about 8 FF masks.
Found 2 that I can work with. You'll need to be persistent. It pays off! Best of Luck!

When I am congested, I'll rech for my Nuance nasal pillow mask. It blasts through congestion like it is going out of style! I up the temp on the hose and the humidity, and it works well.
I do get up to pee, and blow my nose

My problem with a FF mask, is that I can't get used to the air blowing directly at my mouth. If my mouth opens, then I have the air stream blowing into my mouth. I don't seem to have a problem with my nasal mask blowing air at my nose.
