I have neck issues and have been sleeping on my back for the last week. I use a cervical collar, no pillow under my head and a pillow under my knees. I have not had any problem with leaking.

I had to give up on silicone FFMs. I just cannot get any of them to remain sealed throughout the night. So I now use the memory foam F20.
