Sounds like I'm on the same page as bonjour. You're trying to balance the therapy, it seems to be on a breaking point that if you adjust to go one direction such as lowering EPR to lower CA then FL may go up. So choose to keep lower FL or address CA. Which of the 2 can you put up with being higher? Which will cause more discomfort and/or disturbances? It seems with the setup you have, you cannot choose to lower CA and keep FL down.
