@BenB Thanks for sharing - so glad to hear that great news! I just went completely off my beta blocker 3 days ago , after 20 years! So far so good- I was put on it primarily for arrhythmia and tachycardia, but also bp - all have greatly improved with CPAP. My BO and HR got too low.
@sheepless - I’m happy to hear that hanging in there finally paid off. I know what you mean because I had undiagnosed apnea for over 30 years. I’ve also had ME/CFS for as long and somehow the dozens of specialists I’ve seen missed the apnea. It’s encouraging to hear that maybe I’ll see even more improvement over time.
@jaswilliams - good to know- These stories are really encouraging - hopefully I’ll be done with beta blockers- they just add to fatigue and weight gain.
