Anyone use Landauer Medstar (NY)for supplies??

Anyone use Landauer Medstar (NY)for supplies??
This has to be the worst company to deal with!!! I've had 3 or 4 reorders of supplies since first starting cpap. My ins covers all new supplies 4x's a year so i call at exactly 3 months to order. All 4 orders so far have taken MANY phone calls, and several weeks to arrive!!! Anyone have better or similar experiences with them? This is the only company my ins recommends and i don't want to deal with the hassle of out of network online suppliers.

Somehow, I'm on their autocall system, I get recorded messages every 90? days asking if I need new supplies. The automated message offers replacement filters, mask and hose via pushing a button for each item on the phone. They replace my current supplies with identical items and the supplies shows up within 10 days, no paperwork. If I need something else then I need to call them. If I respond 'no supplies needed', I don't get called for another 90 days!

You are luckier than me. Every reorder takes weeks to arrive and several phone calls. If I don't keep calling, my order somehow doesn't get fulfilled. Always an excuse why it's delayed... Have to order again next week, I'll keep my fingers crossed. Lol
