So everything is good. No Afib, no PVCs and at this is the 2nd Doc since I started the Apap that has told me in time the mild thickening in the wall of my left Ventricle that ive had for several years should reverse itself to normal now that its not working against the elevated BP and the after load at night.

So all good news so far. Thanks for the replies.
