Apple Watch Series 6 - Using to track SpO2 while sleeping?
Hi,

I just recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 and was wondering if anyone had tips/suggestions on whether there's a way to continuously track SpO2 during sleep, and whether I could extract this data to upload into OSCAR.

Is it possible at all?

I purchased an app from the Apple Store called AutoSleep. It provides a SPO2 range throughout the night. I’ve read from other that the reading are not reliable but in my case something is better than nothing.

There may also be other sleep apps in the Apple Store. I like this one since it also connects to Sleep in the Apple Health app and HeartWatch (another app I use).

The website for AutoSleep mentions that it is just using the random measurements throughout the night that Apple Watch obtains. Does not look like there is any option for continual monitoring.
