RE: SleepyHead CPAP Reporting Software - JediMark
I just got the Icon, and i am unclear. does Sleepyhead work for the Icon on Windows XP? I appear to be running version 0.9.2
RE: SleepyHead CPAP Reporting Software - JediMark
OK...

I downloaded the patched software, and was able to read the USB stick from the Icon.

It read the data, but when I tried to purge data from one day (today, as I was playing with a new set of nasal pillows) it crashed. It also would not let me purge data for all days, crashing again.

I am running windows XP.

Hi djharkavy and welcome
I don,t use the software or the Icon. The patch is for PRS1 60 series machine

http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/sl...d_Hardware
Supported Hardware
Fisher & Paykel
File:F&PIcon.png
Basic support has been added to SleepyHead GIT source.. it still needs testing.
Flow waveform still needs decoding.

Yep, as Zonk said the patched .exe. file is only for Series 60 Philips-Respironics machines. Not for the ICON machines.

You'll need to completely uninstall SleepyHead, and reinstall, but this time, don't replace the .exe file with the Series 60 patched .exe.

Good luck.

New to this. Hope this is correct. I have a new Fisher and Paykel machine and work with Macs. Will sleepy head read my data?
regards, Gary

RE: SleepyHead CPAP Reporting Software - JediMark
I tried downloading "Sleepyhead" to my win 7 Home Premium, 64-bit HP laptop. I see the file is for a 32-bit machine. Does that mean it won't run on my 64-bit? It won't run so I'm assuming the 32/64 is the problem. Correct?

I tried running ResScan also and it "runs" but won't read my SD card. Is that a 64-bit issue or a driver issue? I did not install drivers per your instruction.

And finally, I have a REMstar Pro C-Flex+. Are either of these programs compatible with my PAP machine? I don't recognize any machine names on your compatibility list as being mine.

I'm new to this apnea game and am not familiar with some of the jargon. Peter

Hi Peter and welcome
ResScan for ResMed machines and don,t support your machine

Remove water tank to avoid any damage and look for the label at the underside of the machine
If the model number 460 (US) 461 (Canada) than you need to install the patch too

Thank you Zonk for prompt reply.
I did not realize there was a patch for SleepyHead. Installed it and now good to go.
