It's a touch below average which really doesn't mean anything because it can vary. More important is what your O2 level is. I'm guessing it's fine or you'd already be on O2.

I agree with Walla. We see a lot of variation, and most of us 6-foot males are seeing tidal volume in the mid 500 to mid 600 mL range. Don't worry about it. Your normal can be very different from mine. If you want to really evaluate it, then ask your doctor to do a spirometry test (pulmonary function). It is a matter of blowing hard into a tube to see what your forced exhalation (FEV) volume is. This can be done at your annual wellness or physical exam.

I ordered a contect CMS50I and should arrive by January 31 so i will be able to check my spo2 levels soon.
