You are so fortunate to find a doctor like the one you describe. I like my sleep doctor but yours sounds right out of this world! Kinda wish I lived in Canada.

Re living in Canada...no you wouldn't, lol...
the amount of energy I have had to expend to get to this place
is crazy, all the while being a caregiver to my wife...
Canada is rapidly becoming a 3rd rate country, and the medical system is
in big trouble...

I got very lucky to find the doc I have, will it make a difference? Only time will tell...
