OK, please post a screenshot while zoomed in on a 2 minute segment of your Flow Rate. Anywhere around 22:30 should do.

Attaboy!

Notice the tops of the Flow Rate are rounded.  Optimally, this graph should look like a sharp saw tooth pattern.   Yours looks like a dull saw. Big Grin   This indicates a flow limitation.  I suggest using the EPR feature in full time mode.  If set correctly this will provide a pressure boost during inhale to aid in overcoming the flow restriction.  I would test it at a setting of 3.  Just remember that this is the amount in centimeters of pressure reduction during exhale.  This means you need to increase your pressure setting by the EPR value to offset the reduction during exhale.  I would try a pressure range of 13 min to 18 max with a EPR of 3.  This will make your exhale pressure range 10 to 15 cm.

So you think

Min: 13
Max 18
Ramp Start: 8
EPR Full time at 3

Looks good to me.  It should give us a hint if we are going in the right direction.  Also, report how you feel after sleeping with this setup.  .  . better, worse, or no difference.
