RE: Still exhausted with 2-3 AHI - chart attached
Greeting and welcome to the forum.
While that chart gives us some info, your daily chart tells the experts here a little more if you take a screenshot of the pertinent graphs. Your leak rate looks acceptable and 2-3 AHI is also <5 which is also good. Fine tuning your pressures may assist you in achieving better results. Pressure of 4-20 is a starting point, most here dial it in after reading their daily charts. Some do better on a fixed pressure after a bit of experimenting. If it was my machine, I would try 7-11 and different EPR settings later after seeing results. Some are disrupted by large pressure swings. Stickies at the top of forum tell you what graphs are best for analysis.

Click on the daily tab, take a screenshot of the event graph, flow rate graph, pressure graph, leak rate graph and the information on the left side bar. You can get rid of the calendar and the pie chart. Don't include the right side bar.
That will give us a good start to see what is going on.

Purloined definition of an expert. An Expert is someone who can tell you tomorrow why the prognostication made yesterday did not work out today.
