How do you guys/girls feel about using the cpap and your partner seeing you?
She says that she doesn't care, that when she sleeps she isn't looking at me anyway, and she much prefers me during the day if I'm not a zombie all day.
And she is kind of right, but still, I feel like crap putting that mask on my face at night, I feel like a cripple.
There is no need to what so ever, it is just how you feel, trust me, they think nothing of it.
Even others think nothing of it when I stayed with others, so don't worry yourself about it, the only person that thinks anything of it is yourself.
I know it is easy to think you are some sort of freak using CPAP at night, but there is so many people use it these days it might just surprise you.
At my last visit to the hospital the nurse said she and another two nurses were so busy they couldn't see everyone every year.
In the old days when machines were very noisy it was a bit of a problem, but these days they are very quiet.
She say she is not bother about you using CPAP, so why are you so bothered?
I bet she would rather you using CPAP than snoring and having to worry about you stopping breathing.
So stop worrying about it, life is to short for that!
