RE: Assistance getting sub 5 AHI on new machine
I like to track the 95% flow limitation as a metric on how effective therapy is, and whether to consider additional pressure support / EPR. Your 95% is an excellent 0.02, I usually consider somewhere in excess of 0.15 to be a level that might be better treated with bilevel. You would be there without the EPR, but you currently don't have any therapy needs beyond this Airsense 10 Autoset.
Thanks for changing profile.

Thanks very much for the help on this journey Sleeprider.
Seeing an AHI / RDI of sub 1 every morning is amazing. I'm not necessarily feeling like a 'new man' at this stage as these things take time, but I am properly treated and am hopeful for a little more energy soon.
Sleep tight,
Damian.

Some individuals are hyper sensitive to flow limitations. I don't think you are one of them. What I see on your charts does not normallt warrent chasing so I fee that the AutoSet will work well for you. The choice between the autoset and a vauto is, for you, based more on how you feel than anything else.

Good to hear it's going well. Best wishes it continues. I'd assign you a bit of homework; build a positive trend that shows therapy is working great.

I'm logging everything Dave. Even when I do number 2s. I'll definitely come back with that.
Cheers,
