I wasn't asking for advice with this post, just saying I was going to try a change in settings in an effort to improve my numbers because my AHI has been creeping up.

On another note (and in another thread I've since posted) Oscar has not saved my data in the switch over from Sleepyhead... and Sleepyhead is now not showing anything either. 

And for clarification, I allowed Oscar to do the change over by following the steps recommended... I did not delete anything from Sleepyhead, only removed the icon for it off the toolbar at the bottom of my laptop screen, the program is still in the hard drive.
- They are not spelling/grammar errors.. I live in Australia, we do it differently Down Under  Big Grin -

I don't know your specific model of cpap machine that well but all your data or lots of it may be on your sd card and you may just need to import it.
