APEX XT AUTO Machine won't start up
I have just purchased online the new APEX XT AUTO (Model No. 9S-005720) today, however, once it is powered on, the LCD screen is stuck after showing AUA 1.2 and won’t continue with any further progress and all buttons are not response neither.

I do read the Manual and checked on web but no luck. Is there anything I am missing here for the first time initialization?
Please help me ....

I don't know anything about that prticular machine but hang in there, someone will be along to help you.

I have an XT Auto as a back up and it definitely doesn't get stuck. I would definitely contact the company where it was purchased. It could have been damaged in transit?
