ResMed say the same thing but I,m not sure. My AHI most days below "1" but cannot seem to get flow limitation under control at any pressure.
I would think if apnea being taken care off so should flow limitation too but not what ResScan shows Dont-know

The S9 uses an updated algorithm for detection and for adjusting pressure, and because of that, you'll get different recording of events... and therefore, it's working better.
