RE: Big Head and ResMed P10
Just to close this thread out for those researching the archives in the future, I have no problem wearing the P10, just as AshSF described--one strap on the back and one on the top of the head. It's comfortable even for me. I'll certainly take his advice to rotate which strap goes to the back of the head.

The P10 is much lighter and quieter than the adjustable-strap Swift FX I was titrated with, but then I had no problem sleeping with that one either. My wife might've not liked it's jet stream exhaust though. I'm very happy I am able to use the P10. It's so good it's the only nasal pillows my DME carries.

Sorry dumb question: so the velcro sticks to the P10's hand band, is that the idea??
I have a small head, so I find the P10 too loose after a few days, even after washing, so ...

RE: Big Head and ResMed P10
My wife will probably have that problem, even with the pink head band, so we plan to cut each of the two straps right in the middle of the back of her head, and then overlap and sew them. That might not be a good idea for someone who sleeps on their back, but she sleeps on one side or the other.
