Big Leaks, and new machine issues
#11
RE: Big Leaks, and new machine issues
I was optimistic - and the CPAP settings have definitely improved the quality of my sleep - but the last couple nights have shown 50% and 76% large leak respectively, even after adjusting the mask as instructed again last night.

If anyone has any further advice or suggestions, I would be very grateful.

I've attached my last night's record screenshot for reference.

It's all about the leaks. Your pressure looks to be working well with the Autoset mode and EPR. It may be time to start trying some alternative mask models.

OK this was with the Simplus correct? Which sizes of cushions have you tried? You might get a different size for the Simplus. Maybe wash the cushion you have in hot water and Dawn dish soap or similar. Scrub the silicone of the cushion lightly while in the soapy water and rinse it. Then either air dry or wipe it off afterwards. And be certain the mask sits lower on the nasal bridge. That's where both of my Simplus and Vitera would leak.
