Blank flow rate in Oscar

Hello! 

So I just imported my data from Oscar; it shows the data, but unfortunately at some point the flow rate graphs seems to be blank and I can't look at it.

Anyone know how to make it show up? I've tried re-importing by doing Data > Advanced > Purge Current Selected Day then re-importing, but it didn't solve the issues unfortunately.

Try exiting OSCAR and then restarting it.

OK, do you have the option, Keep Waveforms/Events in Memory checked?   If so, try turning it off and trying again. Another thing you might try is to create a new user profile and import the data to it.

File > Preferences > Import ⇾ Memory and Startup Options - 3rd option on left: Keep Waveform/Event data in Memory

Hm, I think there's still a glitch in my data/the app or something, sadly still comes up blank :-( Oh well, I was just interested to see what is happening with the flow towards the later part of the morning

Interesting. Are you using OSCAR 1.2.0?

If so, could you send a zip of your SD card to https://www.dropbox.com/request/6VeFzBXa4qZ37EgphL5b and I'll take a look at it to see why it's not importing?

You can create the zip from within OSCAR via Help > Troubleshooting > Create zip of CPAP data card.
