Buying Resmed 10 Autoset after bad sleep study

RE: Buying Resmed 10 Autoset after bad sleep study
my sleep has been so fragmented for so long I'd gladly accept more apnea on occasion to get some uninterrupted sleep. I feel so much better with even 3 unbroken hours. 6.5 would be heaven. the trade off is having to accept greater negative effects of apnea as opposed to the many negative effects of sleep deprivation. trick is to achieve the best compromise between the two.

re estimating untreated ahi, you can pay for an at home study from an online source about half the price of insurance paid one from the doctor. or you can run your machine at the lowest possible setting with the understanding it might be harder to inhale and that even the lowest setting might stop some events from happening.
