RE: Bongo Rx instead of mask?
Hello Helsal your said that
"I'll take another sleep test in about a month to find out if the Bongo has reduced my numbers. That's the only way to determine if it's helping. I've already noticed less fatigue during the day since using it, in fact a lot less. And I'm not awake half the night like I was when trying to adjust to wearing a mask."
I think we would all be interested if you did have a repeat sleep study and if this was using the Bongo and what the results showed.
On one occasion my Sleep Doc offered this as an option to CPAP but so far I have not pursued this. Might be good enough for short term travel maybe?
How are you finding this working for you now?
