Hi tide2bama,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I don't use the data-management software, but there are many out there who do and someone will be along shortly to help you.
Bestt of luck with your CPAP therapy.

RE: Rescan 3.16 vs Rescan 4.3
I was using ResScan 3.16 until I reinstalled Windows recently. Then, I installed ResScan 4.2, which seems exactly the same as 3.16. There's no advantage to upgrading unless you switch to a new machine that 3.16 doesn't support. Version 4.2 added support for several S9 VPAP and ASV models, and dropped support for some very old machines such as the S6 series.

Hi tide2bama, welcome to the forum!

When I was using ResScan v3.16 years ago I would occasionally lose previously-downloaded detailed data by mistakenly clicking on "Overwrite" instead of "Discard" while downloading data. I learned to be very careful to only select Discard.

Now I am using v4.1, and recently, for the first time in years, I again made the mistake of clicking Overwrite instead of Discard, but I did not lose any previously-downloaded detailed data.

But still I am not chancing it - I still try to always select Discard.

Take care,
--- Vaughn
