I understand, my husband worked nights for over 30 years. He said he felt like he lived on a different planet than everyone else!

Congrats. on your good AHI numbers. Wink

I used to work overnights. I hated it because you trend to get less sleep when you work overnight

I used to work nights, then I started getting bitter and despising my patients that were sleeping at night. So much happier on days.

k_ogre,
While you are awake and it seems like everyone else is sleeping, you should take advantage of the time and start reading through some of the older threads here. There is a wealth of information on sleep apnea, and it is surprising what you can learn.
