RE: Low AHI vs. low Flow Limitation
Ok.back with nights worth of data based on the recommended settings...The  difference is that I switched pillows from Airfit P10 to dreamwear and took an allegra first two nights..(forgot to take for 3rd night)

Zoomed breathing samples...

Looking forward towards your recommendations...

Thanks again

RE: Low AHI vs. low Flow Limitation
Flow limitation continues to be prominent in your results. It would probably take bilevel pressure to resolve. Results are slightly improved or comparable to your original results at fixed pressure 7, EPR 1, except tidal volume is improved. Inspiration ratio remains 1.23 to one, and we would ideally like to see between 0.5 and 1.0 to one. You have low AHI, so your pressure and settings may be optimized for CPAP. Without more information on what the source of the flow limitation might be, I'm at a loss for additional suggestions.
