Obstructive sleep apnea – My Nightmares are bad.

Your mouth/jaw may be dropping open while you sleep.  If you want to continue using a nasal mask, you'll have to find a way to control that.

Also, take note how your mask fits.  Feel for air leakage and adjust headgear as needed.

Although your chart looks good, the results may not be accurate when the leak rate is too high.

Once you tackle the leak issue, I think you should be able to sleep more than a couple hours.

As far as I am aware when wearing the ResMed AirFit N30i mask , my mouth stays closed for most of the time.

I do some times feel that my mouth is very dry.

I am aware that when laying on my side some times my N30i mask starts to make a leaking noise .

I have just found another mask that came with my ResMed AirSense 10 , but it was not in a manufactures package , I will give this mask a try tonight and report back.

Thanks again for your comments and advice , it appreciated.

Well I found the make and model of the mask it is ….

Phillips Respironics DreamWear Full Face Mask .

So last night I gave that mask a try , it did feel comfortable but for some strange reason it seems that I could not get off to sleep wearing it, so I ended up taking it off.

My OSCAR results while wearing that mask show that I had the mask on for 3 hours 7 minuets.

I’m still learning about how to interpret my OSCAR data , but I think while wearing this mask the leak rate was less , not sure about the other figures .
