Hi Lazer
Have you tried your local supplier in Sweden, they should have it
We have the clinical manual for Breas iSleep 20i
I can only find iSleep 25 user manual and the service manual

iSleep 25 user manual http://www.mediquip.co.il/uploads/Bipap/...EU_A-1.pdf

Combined iSleep 20+/20i/22/25 service manual
Edit: the service manual is available in "Private Files & Links area" see post #3 by SuperSleeper for the link

We have the Service Manuals for several Breas machines in our Private Files & Links area... link to that section is here:

http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...Only-FILES

Click on the Members-Only files link in that first post and once you're there, the Breas PDF service manuals are near the bottom.

Keep in mind, these are only the Service Manuals (not the Clinician Manuals). Service Manuals are primarily used to service and repair the machines, while Clinician Manuals are used to set up machines to a specific patient's needs.

We do have the Clinician Setup manual for the Breas iSleep 20i, (see Section Three of this page on how to get it via email request) but have yet to find the Clinician Manuals for the other Breas models like those in the 22 or the 25 series.

If anyone does locate the Clinician Manuals for the newer Breas models, please email them to apneaboard@gmail.com so we can make those available to our members.

Thanks!
