That tiny snippet doesn't show CSR. CSR has a very distinct waxing / waning pattern with a central apnea at the nadir of each wane. This doesn't look anything like it. But you do have some flow limitations going on.
It's generally a lot more useful to show the entire page from Oscar, with a zoom in to the area of interest as a second image. That way we can see things in context.

What am I doing wrong?
I've been using this machine for a month, but I can't seem to get used to it and it doesn't seem to be helping. Can someone please review this chart and make some suggestions?
