is it possible to adjust the event time in the software to see event below the 10 second threshold

Short answer, no. It would require a change in the firmware.

Do we know what the measurement accuracy of the test. Is it 10 Sec plus or minus 1 ? or worse than that.

You can extrapolate that from expanding several of the flow graphs but I doubt it's worth the time. I assume that is less a problem than actually determining the reason for the lapse in flow. The machines do a good enough job and that's good enough until something better emerges. As is often mentioned, the bottom line isn't how low the numbers are below the <5 marker but how you feel.

I seem to remember that in Sleepyhead there are 2 user definable flags that one can set for a definable time period. I think they are UF1 and UF2

Yes, this can be done in SleepyHead. Go to File | Preferences | CPAP | Custom CPAP User Event Flagging. It allows you to set two user flags, and for each one you can set a threshold flow restriction and duration (eg 75% for 8 seconds).
