down to 2.9 last night no changes, comfort levels good with 0 flow limits most times at this setting  6/6 epr 2

i wont be going back I had no central apnea in my report, would rather give it up

As you can see in Changes to Machine Settings your AHI has increased as EPR has increased, that is probably because these are treatment emergent central apnea. Deciding on what EPR to use depends on what makes you feel best. No EPR has given you the lowest AHI but lowest AHI doesn't necessarily mean best quality of sleep. If your body is going to adjust then it is also possible that higher EPR could give better long term effects even if short term results are worse.

You are still early in treatment and it does appear treatment is working (AHI much better than sleep study) so at this point probably best to just stick with something for a few weeks and see if results change over time.
