CA increase since going on bipap

CA increase since going on bipap
CA's seem to be increasing to the point where there are the major cause of sleep problems. I was at 4.4 PS and I have dropped it to 3.6 trying to reduce my CA's.
My RDI is still low.
Are the CA's real or are they misnamed apneas?
Any input would be appreciated

Is there any reason why my CA's have increased from 0.24 a year ago to 0.92 now?

Are all of these CA's in this image?

That is well within the range of normal variations. Ideopathic means of unknown cause.
