Ok, the 460 Pro is a straight Cpap but does have a feature called A-Trial.  Have you used that feature before?

There is a limited amount of time to use the A-Trial, I believe 30 days.

You can go into the Clinicial Menu and choose A-Trial mode, pick a time period, example: 7 days, and the machine will work as an Auto Cpap for the set time chosen.  It will adjust pressure as needed, and at the end of the trial, it will set back to Cpap mode with a pressure that is optimal for you.

Yyanco, your machine is a fixed CPAP, but it records full efficacy data. If you will download the free #sleepyhead software, it would make it very easy to help you get your machine adjusted. An AHI of 26 is moderate to high apnea, and is not adequate for someone that is being treated. Your goal is to be less then 5 AHI, and preferably lower than 2. While we prefer to work with your data, the information below assumes you will not do this.

Your machine has very sophisticated capability to detect apnea and classify it as obstructive or clear airway. If you use the control knob to turn to the INFO screen, press to enter, and scroll down to AHI and enter that menu. Please read the 7 and 30 day AHI. If any information on CA is available, we need to know that.

It is probably safe to say your weight gain has resulted in a need for increased pressure. You should change your CPAP pressure to 11, and observe if there is an improvement in AHI. If it is still more than 5, continue to increase pressure in 1-cm increments. Do not exceed 14 cm before checking back. Scroll down to pressure and select a new pressure of 12.
