Question
No supported data was found
Trying to import data to my computer (MacBook Pro using Sonoma 14.0) and I keep getting this message after it asks me to choose a folder and I do, but doesn't complete.  I think it says this in my profile but I'm using a ResMed AirSense 10 - Card to cloud.

RE: No Supported Data is Found
Hi auterrific! - Welcome

The macOS is notorious for enacting folder and file read-write access restrictions. This can occur after an update as well. You will need to allow access to your SD card. This is done in your Security and Access settings (I don't know the correct verbiage for this section). You should be able to see the SD card's data listing using your Finder app outside of OSCAR. The OSCAR data folder is normally created in your Documents folder. You may need to set its permission level so all users, groups, and others have complete access.

This is so silly, but my card wasn't connecting because the adapter I was using was broke. I have another one and everything works perfectly!

Omg im having the same exact issue! using resmed11 with formatted SD card, the folders show but theyre greyed out for some reason, and Oscar gives me the same error message when I try and import

I was having the same issue, and I have given OSCAR full permission to all my folders, even my disk! I'm still not sure why it wont work for me

Hi sleepydino! - Welcome
It would really help to know what computer system you're using. Also, was the SD card in your CPAP while you were using it?
