I have to download this software for Oscar seeing my device, still not seeing my device firmware after turn on as your.
I did not use my device last night but Oscar could see and import old data Thanks for helps. I will try again tonight.

In the bottom right of your OSCAR window click in the dropdown box and double check the SpO2 and Pulse Rate are both ticked.
See if that helps.

As explained that i just use it once, did not use my oxygen device last night. Thanks for helps. I am still not be able to confirm my device firmware, still confusing reading manual and learning how to properly using this
 and hook this to computer the right way or not but I am getting there some way.
